Who we are
Vivance Studio ("Vivance", "we", "us", "our") is a SaaS platform incorporated in India that enables businesses and individuals to create living memory experiences — QR-code-triggered video overlays linked to physical photos or printed surfaces. Our website is vivancestudio.com.
What data we collect
- Account data: Name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or create an account.
- Uploaded content: Photos and videos you upload to create living memory experiences.
- Usage data: QR scan counts (anonymous — we do not track who scanned or their identity), page views, and basic analytics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type collected automatically via server logs.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (e.g. page-level traffic). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the Vivance platform.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in).
- To monitor platform performance and prevent abuse.
How we store your data
All uploaded photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 — enterprise-grade cloud object storage with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Files are stored as private, unlisted objects. They are not publicly indexed and cannot be discovered by third parties without knowledge of the unique, unguessable URL.
Account and enquiry data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure that is SOC 2 compliant.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or uploaded content with any third party for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes. We may share data with service providers (Cloudflare, Supabase) strictly as necessary to operate the platform, under data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data and uploaded content.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at teamvivance@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (session tokens) that are essential to use the platform. We may use analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymised page-traffic data). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect platform functionality.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
